  • Formal, documented incident investigation (whether a near miss or other) to address any needed corrective action or other training or policies needed. Led by the operations manager and includes the safety director, project manager, general superintendent, field supervisor, and all parties to the incident.
  • ‘Best practices’ continually improved through active involvement in industry safety-based efforts with the American Subcontractors Association, the Arizona Builders Alliance, Associated Builders & Contractors, the National Safety Council, the Southwest Safety Training Alliance and our local OSHA representatives.
