Corbins service sector work is primarily performed in an Owner-direct type relationship, allowing us the opportunity to maintain the clients systems in a zero disruption mode at all times with our trained and certified crews. Contracts may be on a time & material basis or lump sum and regularly include multiple facility locations. Our projects may be completed in several hours or several months and range in value from $500 to more than $1 million.

Our service technicians are seasoned professionals with their presentation skills, ability to establish and maintain effective rapport, good communication skills and above all, their technical knowledge and expertise that is the result of extensive safety and trade related and with the culture of integrity and quality that the Corbins name has come to represent.

Typical scope focuses on panel and breaker change outs; lighting system retrofits and troubleshooting; demo and install of new and / or upgraded electrical systems; parking lot lighting; gate / security control lighting; tenant improvements and remodels; code upgrades; servicing general facility preventive maintenance and warranty needs within the low and medium voltage applications.
