Mark Fleming / President & CEO - Recipient of key industry awards including ASSE Executive of the Year and CFMA Construction Executive of the Year.

A native of South Dakota, Mark Fleming has worked in the electrical contracting industry his entire adult life beginning with his family owned electrical business, then as a licensed journeyman and foreman level electrician in both South Dakota and Wyoming. Upon relocating to Arizona in 1986, Mark joined the Corbins team working in the capacities of Service Manager, Facilities Manager, and Vice President before an ownership transition occurred in 2001 in which he was named President & CEO and became the majority owner of Corbins Electric.

In this capacity, he leads the Company’s strategic planning efforts and goals, directs the daily operations, oversees the implementation of plans and policies to meet company objectives and insure profitable growth. As a result of his leadership and direction, Corbins Electric has attained significant and consistent growth in the volume, consistency and quality of the work we perform.

Mark is a past president and current board member of the Arizona Builders Alliance, a current member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence, a past president of the American Subcontractors Association and a successful graduate of numerous courses including ABA Leadership Development Forum, Rapport Leadership International, Project Management and Construction Finance. He also actively sponsors and participates in charitable efforts for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Lisa Autino / Treasurer & CFO - Believes community involvement should be an integral part of a person’s life.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, Lisa Autino, received her Certified Public Account designation in 1989 and initially began her career in the public accounting arena. She joined Corbins Electric in 1992 and began her career in the construction industry at that time. She was appointed Secretary / Treasurer the following year. With the 2001 company ownership transition, Lisa was named Treasurer and CFO and became the minority owner of the company.As the Company’s CFO, Lisa uses her broad based understanding of the construction industry for the benefit of our customers and management team by directly supervising financial administration, office management, human resources, information technology, and coordinates corporate risk control along with fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community.Her commitment to continued education and professional development is evidenced through the successful completion of the ABA Leadership Development Forum, Rapport Leadership International, and in her participation in the Valley of the Sun CFMA chapter as past president, succession planning committee, golf committee co-chair, and newsletter co-editor. At the national level of CFMA, Lisa was appointed to the Leadership Development Committee and also serves on the international membership committee and as the subcontractor task force chair. She is a member of the Arizona Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. Lisa promotes and maintains an active involvement with the St. Vincent de Paul Society and her church.
